ATOM Creative Solutions > Tate Modern

As a company renowned for the diversity in our activities we were recently approached by the PR department of the Tate Modern.  The challenge set before us was to create within a very unrealistic time frame, a limited run of  2000 ‘jewel like’ models depicting the proposed new extension to the Tate Modern Gallery.

Unfortunately our confidence was very short lived, as mid way into the project we were monumentally ‘let down’ by our supplier.  The implications of this were too severe to contemplate as the date for the two day exhibition during which these items would be distributed was set and the clock was ticking.

Having searched the length and breadth of the country my colleague suggested speaking to Richard at Glendale Giffex.  The service we received was excellent from start to finish and delivered with 100% confidence.

Richard took our 3D data and very quickly created the tooling required for manufacture, he offered sound, practical advice on how a feature of fine surface detail could be achieved in the very limited time available.

The end result was 2000 pristine ‘jewel like’ models as specified to the original brief and delivered on time, with tooling in under 2 weeks and mouldings delivered within days of approval, an end client both very impressed and appreciative of all our efforts. We pride ourselves on delivering quality products under extreme pressure, so needless to say we will not hesitate to make Glendale Giffex our first port of call for any future projects of this nature.
